PowerPoint is a presentation graphics program. It allows you to produce a professional-looking presentation.

When you create a presentation using PowerPoint, it is made up of a series of slides. The slides that you create can also be presented as overhead transparencies or 35mm slides.  You can also create audience handouts, outlines, and speaker's notes.
